The “Wine Routes” in Greece, are a network of wine tourism routes that aim to promote Greek winemaking and local products. They are organized routes that pass through various areas with wineries and vineyards, offering visitors the opportunity to get to know wine production up close, taste local varieties and explore the cultural heritage of each region.

The main “Wine Routes” in Greece, are:

Wine Routes of Northern Greece

This is one of the first and most extensive networks, established by the Wine Producers’ Association of the Vineyard of Northern Greece. It includes 8 routes that cross various areas of Macedonia, Thrace and Thessaly, with 33 visitable wineries, offering unique wine tourism experiences.

Peloponnese Wine Routes

This network focuses on the rich viticultural tradition of the Peloponnese, with 7 routes and over 40 wineries

Athens Wine Routes

There are also routes in the Attica region, connecting wineries near the capital, such as the Kokotos Estate, Anastasia Frangou Winery and Markou Vineyards Winery.

Santorini Wines
